New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party has successfully completed nine years after taking office on May 26, 2014 with a landslide victory in the 2014 general elections. After five years of rule, when the BJP won the next general election and returned to power, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) again crowned Prime Minister Modi unopposed.
Prime Minister Modi was sworn in for the second term on May 30, 2019. Currently, the hashtags #9YearsOfPMModi, #9YearsOfModiGovtdemocracy are trending on Twitter to mark PM Modi’s nine years as Prime Minister.
Referring to this, Prime Minister Modi expressed his gratitude on Twitter saying, ‘Gives me strength…’.

He thanked the people for appreciating his nine-year rule as Prime Minister Prime Minister Modi, expressed that he was always humble enough to receive such love. He also said that this love of people gives him strength. The Prime Minister said that this love and hope inspires us to work harder for the people.

PM Modi tweeted, “Seeing many tweets since morning on #9YearsOfModiGovernment, many highlighting what people have appreciated about our government since 2014. It’s always heartwarming to receive such affection, it gives me extra strength to work hard for people.”
Informed sources said the BJP has decided to launch a mass outreach program across the country for a month from May 30. The BJP plans to hold around 50 rallies across the country from May 30 to June 30, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi presiding and addressing half a dozen rallies.
The campaign will also give impetus to the BJP’s preparations for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in about a year. The campaign will be launched with a mega rally by Prime Minister Modi in Ajmer, Rajasthan on May 31, sources said.
BJP National President JP Nadda, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and others are expected to participate in this mega campaign. Narendra Modi was sworn in as Prime Minister for the first time on 26 May 2014 and for the second time on 30 May 2019.
