Develop automation tests to deploy and maintain systems and applications in multiple CI pipelines.
Build and drive comprehensive test strategies (manual/automated) that covers all systems.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop a comprehensive Test Plan that validates product functionality.
Participate in code reviews within the team and across other teams to ensure implementations adhere to goals, standards, and best practices.
Contribute to the design of automation frameworks, automation infrastructure, and various tools.
Delegate work to other Systems Engineers and Associate Systems Engineers.
Develop End to End, System/Integration, and User-focused test plans and strategies using product requirements and design documents.
Help mentor and teach junior resources, provide them with direction and delegation.
Ask questions to ensure requirements are feasible, implementation is efficient, and the design is aligned with the technical direction set by your team and Architects.
Work with a wide-array of technologies: Java, Selenium, Automation, API, SQL, React/Angular/JavaScript, and others

Job Title: — Automation Test Lead
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
Experience: At least 5 years of Automation Testing using Selenium and Python and overall 8 years of testing knowledge.
Technical Skills
· Proven expertise in web application automation & related tools/packages (Selenium)
• Good experience & knowledge in PYTHON & any standard test framework (like pytest, unittest etc.)
• Very strong programming skills & ability to perform deep dive analysis for fixing any issues.
• Proficient in database fundamentals and exposure to complex SQLs. (DB2/Oracle/MySQL)
• Hands on experience with Data Analysis & Querying using SQLs and considerable exposure to ETL processes along with knowledge various kinds of data sources such as RDBMS/excel/csv/XML/JSON.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API services and tools such as Postman
• Good exposure to different testing methodologies & QA exposure
• Hands on experience with different tools — Testing tool, Version Control systems (Git), Test Management Software, Bug Tracking software and CI tools (Jenkins etc.)
• In-depth experience with using Agile lifecycle management tools like Jira/TFS
• Proven ability in building test strategy and test plans for data centric application development projects

QA Engineer
Location: Remote
Experience required: 6–8 years
Responsibilities:
Estimate, prioritize, plan, document, and coordinate tests.
Ensure coverage of regression tests, integration tests, performance tests, smoke tests and more.
Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Design tests based on Agile specifications (Acceptance Criteria and Test Guidelines) and on documented product function for expected behavior.
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases following company standards.
Perform thorough manual regression testing when technical issues are resolved and know how to repeat those tests.
Record and document debugging procedures.
Track test metrics, such as test coverage, defect densities, and open defect counts, to gain and share insights about quality issues.
Provide detailed reports, analytics, and go/no-go feedback about Product technical issues to the Product Owner and the CTO and engineering team to ensure immediate action.
Requirements:
At least 6–8 years proven work experience in QA with an emphasis on QA automation.
Strong knowledge of software test methodologies, tools and processes
Can write clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases to spec (Examples will be required — please prepare these.)
Able to work in an Agile/Scrum process.
Pluses
Knowledge of cloud-based application architecture and principles.
Stay up-to-date with new testing approaches, tools and test strategies.
Understand data analysis/statistical methods.
Have experience with performance and/or security testing.
Demonstrate ability to quickly learn, critique and improve procedures and concepts.
